By the way, I'd like to shed a little perspective here, because there's no end to the hilarity.

Shaiya End of Month tier promos total at 105 thousand Aeria Points.

$1,050. Let's ignore the heavy dependency on other promos throughout the month. What else could you have bought for $1,050 this month?

An apartment in Downtown Los Angeles ($900 - $1025)
Monthly payments on a BMW ($950 - $999)
A 40" TV, an Xbox 360, Black Ops II, Halo 4, Assassin's Creed III, and a year of Xbox Live ($1,023)
About 11.4% of all the shares traded yesterday for Aeria Inc. (roughly 86,520 Yen or $1,050)
A month of keeping up in unbalanced PvP that happens sporadically in between server crashes and random bans ($1,050)

Also keep in mind that choosing the last option requires that you put your gear in your warehouse in an unusable state for half of the month. The key for your apartment in Downtown LA works every day.

But I don't think you get how amazing his chart was....

So I made a table and I came up with this:

Conclusion is: Swift doesn't lower attack power but it lowers the damage you deal.

the lack of color in this table makes it very hard to understand

You are right. I fixed it.

In all seriousness, I do think they don't care sometimes, but I also think about how Nexon is providing bugged / nonfixing patches, PMs are introducing more placeholders that GMs can't keep up with completing tickets for, and a few other things. Blame the 75% who voted yes for the latest patch if you want to blame that on Aeria. They asked, 75% said yes....what else is there to do?

Dangling a fail patch to a bunch of impatient players then, letting the impatient players decide if the patch gets implemented is shameful on Aeria part. After the bugs and unknowns of the patch are brought to light, the players are blamed for its implementation as they have voted for its implementation. I am watching this scenario play itself out in TS2 at this very moment.
