You might not like the Alcad M4 and prefer the Cutie, in which case you would upgrade them. If it was one for one then in reality you would only need one Weapon Bomb M4 and you could just keep changing it whenever you felt like change.

No that's not what I'm saying, they're making it only if you have double of the same WB. I do like my Alcad, I just have an extra one that I don't need. I already have a Cutie M4, I just want ONE of my DOUBLE Alcad M4 to be swapped with another M4, not to take both of them.
