Few days ago I've remembered the feeling of killing thousands of enemys in a game and decided to came back playing Dynasty Warriors Online. My surprise was disgusting when i've realized that i couldnt acces my old account because i dont remember my password. I always use the same ID/password or almost in every single thing i play but in this concrete case i saw that you need an upcase and a number in the pass, not very ussual in the rest of the games i've played.
"Well no problem i said" as i can recover my pass giving my email. The disgusting surprise did not ended because even trying all my email accounts the result was void. By the way, i've realized that you can write whatever mail you can (registered or not) and the system always says the same message "your account details have been remited to your mail" or something like that ==> poor system.
The worst surprise of all this uggly matter is that when i've wrote a mail to the support team the answer was this:

My conclusion is that they didint even read my mail, as i especifically told them that i couldnt remember exactly my ID (told 'em 2 that i ussually use), nor my email (told 'em 3 of my ussual mails, and if knew wich was i wouldnt be asking to the support team obviously), but OF COURSE i cant remember any other of the data required. It's been months since i've last play, how the **** am i suposed to remember my IP (i use dynamic) items or the date i registered ?? I dont even remember if i did an AP purchase or not.
So my question is ... Do i need to have an account with any AP purchase to be considered as a VIP client so i can recover my account ?? Is my account unrecoverable ???
I am so sorry (really, i mean it) to say that, but the aeria support team has dissapoint me in a way i didnt expected.
