Unrecoverable account ??

Few days ago I've remembered the feeling of killing thousands of enemys in a game and decided to came back playing Dynasty Warriors Online. My surprise was disgusting when i've realized that i couldnt acces my old account because i dont remember my password. I always use the same ID/password or almost in every single thing i play but in this concrete case i saw that you need an upcase and a number in the pass, not very ussual in the rest of the games i've played.

"Well no problem i said" as i can recover my pass giving my email. The disgusting surprise did not ended because even trying all my email accounts the result was void. By the way, i've realized that you can write whatever mail you can (registered or not) and the system always says the same message "your account details have been remited to your mail" or something like that ==> poor system.

The worst surprise of all this uggly matter is that when i've wrote a mail to the support team the answer was this:

numbers as well as the email associated with your purchases. We will require
the following information in order to help you any further:

1) Aeria Games Login ID

4) The transaction #'s for the last 5 AP additions to your account
5) The original and current email address associated with the account
6) The date the account was registered
7) Your I.P Address ( feel free to use whatismyip.com)

My conclusion is that they didint even read my mail, as i especifically told them that i couldnt remember exactly my ID (told 'em 2 that i ussually use), nor my email (told 'em 3 of my ussual mails, and if knew wich was i wouldnt be asking to the support team obviously), but OF COURSE i cant remember any other of the data required. It's been months since i've last play, how the **** am i suposed to remember my IP (i use dynamic) items or the date i registered ?? I dont even remember if i did an AP purchase or not.
So my question is ... Do i need to have an account with any AP purchase to be considered as a VIP client so i can recover my account ?? Is my account unrecoverable ???

I am so sorry (really, i mean it) to say that, but the aeria support team has dissapoint me in a way i didnt expected.

I believe the system is set up this way to protect you instead of punishing you. Go log in to all your emails you have listed and search for word "service" See if Aeria sends any emails naming ur user name or promotions for "XXXXXX" user. Once u figure that out the correct email, you will at least be 1 step ahead.
I don't see anything wrong with Aeria asking for last 5 AP additions, if there are non then none should be supplied. But if you have purchased AP, the amount and the purchase method will only help you recover your account faster since that is extremely private.
If you have not done any type of modification or reformat to your computer im pretty sure your ip might be the same. supply them with you IP and see what goes on from there. Worst thing you can do if you actually care about your account is to give up trying to recover it.
Aeria will help, message you recieved is the "generic copy n paste" msg they send out to everyone recovering accounts.
In conclusion keep trying supply them with the most info you can and dont give up. Try talking to a GS on shout box or hopefully u can catch a GM for more direct help
