If i am right this is a laptop system and is using an AMD mobility graphics chipset, (mobility HD 5470)

Your graphics card driver should be available from your laptop manufacturer.

Google their website and look for support or downloads section. Find your laptop and grab and install the driver. AMD don't provide a generic driver anymore (as far as i know) as each laptops driver is optimized for the display used in the device

I had this same error pop up on me last night. However, all I had to do to fix it was restart me computer.

Perhaps that will also work for you.
