I won Blue Skull around 120 and Seroja around 130, both 10 caps. I guess if you try to buy capsules at a certain number like 120 you may actually buy at 100 due to the slow refreshing. Depends on how many players spam it tho

Yeah, from all the times i bought less than 10 caps i only won twice. Ironically i bought only 1 cap both times and won Ingram and Borte Chino. Both individual haha
