U have to wait it takes some time to transfer the ap to your acc. can be up to 30mins.

yeah just wait a few minutes..

your ap may have been inactive, if so, wait 15-20 minutes before u can use it

If the issue is still not resolved then you should send a help desk ticket and ask why your balance is still frozen.
