Problem with AP I am aware this isn't the place but pls help

I am a new member of aeria games and I am limited to 1 transaction a day for 3 days but yesterday it was my second day and it allowed me to charge twice. When I charged the second time I realized it had taken my money with no transaction number or anything it was 10$ from a subway gift card if anyone can help I would be very grateful cause i need it to complete the last tier. Thank You

Though I'm not 100% sure they can help you due the lack of transaction #, you can send in a Billing Ticket explaining your issue and hoping they have some logs of it.

If the issue doesn't get fixed in time for you to complete the last tier. You can send in an RT under the Subcategory "Missed Promotion." They're usually quite helpful when it comes to AP related issues. Good luck!
