Unfortunately though PKing isn't against the rules, unless in certain areas. You shouldn't of lost any experience or sp if you didn't get killed with pk on yourself. If you had PK on you need to learn when to pick your battles. Especially versus a 173+ rogue lol.

The OP has red name, that = EXP loss.

As for the PK'ing, normally it would be a case of "just move to another server", but at the time of this incident, only the K1 Tomb is accessible, so if this person is intentionally denying access past the entrance of Tomb, then it could be seen as a form of harassment.

Speaking personally, I've avoided Tomb today, because I knew this kind of thing would happen, I've virtually lost a +28 PRS though, that I put on yesterday, so i went to DH instead!
