Yes, although it is not recommended.
You will need the program
Xpadder, which will allow you to map mouse and keyboard inputs to your game pad or controller. Mapping these individually takes hours, and multiple trial and errors to perfect, and even then you will be at a huge disadvantage and have an unreliable experience.
But as an owner of a 40" TV, I know where you are coming from with this.
