You must send a ticket to billing regarding this issue. Supoort>Contact Us>Send billing ticket. Please allow some time for the ticket to get a response. Please don't send multiple tickets and/or responses until you get a response from them, and since it's thanksgiving weekend, it may be until at least monday or tuesday until your ticket it dealt with.
