The lack of caring about the customer

I am rather sick of Aeria being uncooperative over every time they don't want to do something. this is not a hate thing its a lack of customer support.

I spent my ap within the alloted timeframe that aeria had at the very end
of megaten being within aeria's control. The rebate simply just never came
as in i am still waiting to be refunded

The statues of limitations for that promotion said I would be refunded
within the month after I was never refunded, so if you want to argue clause
of contract. The event not being payed out is the same as breaking
contract.The event was for anyone who spent within the allotted time frame
on megaten. I spend over ten thousand ap, Had I been refunded I would not
have sent these messages, nor would I have a reason to explain trying to
overlap your own the statue of limitations with new ones does not negate
prior agreements.

I can repeat my prior statement the statue of limitations I checked. As
long as I spent within that time on megaten, I should have been refunded if
I was not, It is the liability of the company to go back and check the
records of said purchases and refund them in the appropriate manner. I even
posted every purchase just above to point out that those were indeed within
the suggested timeframe. Failure to refund a player appropriately is not
the players fault saying its now outside the statue of limitations is not
going to work,as most contracts are legally binding for a minimum of two
years. {yes I checked and did the annoying research}

Knowing my luck they will lock this post and try to hide the evidence. <,< I just want my ap rebate I rightfully should have had is there anything wrong with that? I mean its not like I can spend ap anywhere but with aeria after all, so their not loosing money. I just want what I was supposed to get back after all.

I'm not sure your allowed to post tickets in the public ...BUT

Try posting another but put it into something more general than Wolfteam ..after all, someone who can help with the Megaten problem may not be working for the Wolfteam department Very Happy

gin I checked it doesn't sound like anyone is going to do anything about it. They could have sent the ticket to another department of the business if they could not do anything about it,most business would do just that.

You need to send a ticket into the billing department. They can assist you with your issue.

all AP rebates from Megaten were sent as an E-pin to the email address of the account.
if after not getting it for 1 month you should of sent a ticket in then. I did get my epin in email a few weeks after the game closed.
why did you wait more than 6 months to contact Aeria? the game closed back in April.

As said above all the epins were sent out to the email address attached to the account. If the email attached to your account is not legitimate then that could be why you didn't receive it. I would also make sure to check your spam and junk mail folders as sometimes emails from us go in there. In addition all of the epins that were sent out are probably expired by now which is why they couldn't issue it to you again. As also said above you may have better luck sending in a ticket to the billing team regarding this.

the email attached the account is very much my own still active email address.
also the billing department contact us tickets do not allow a option for this i have tried. if your asking why I did not for six months <,< the older ticket I posted was deleted.
I sent a ticket through anyway,the way the billing part is setup you have to fill in things that have nothing to do with this type of thing, but chances are noone will respond or I will get someone trying to argue again against being reasonable and just giving me the ap I should already have back.
