They might be busy with school/work IRL. Remember GS's can't be on 24/7 as they are also normal players like us with more responsibility. If you have any questions and no GS/GM are on, you can ask players In-Game, Shoutbox or post on the forums. If you see a player who goes against the ToS, you should warn them. If they continues to do so, you should take a screenshot and send a ticket to the Aeria Browser Team. And please do not use foul language on the forums. ^^
