I decided to come back to the aeria games web site to see what was new and to my surprise my account had been blocked for a ToS violation so now I'm on this account with nothing ... how do you get a ToS violation when you havent even looked at an aeria game for over a yr?

AND NO MORE DOMO!!

I spent so much money on that game it was crazy!

Hopefully they reply to my email soon and hopefully I sent it to the right place. If anyone has had this problem before post here and point me in the right direction.

I'm pretty sure they'd only ban an account that hasn't logged in for at least 6 months for security reasons only, so I wouldn't worry. You can send in a ticket here if you don't get a response from them within the next few days. Good luck and sorry your game shut down!

They suspend accounts that's been left unused for more than 6 months due security reasons. If you already sent in a ban appeal, all you can do is wait. Remember that sending in several tickets regarding the same issue will only slow down the process~ Good luck.
