For the past two weeks my computer has been disconnecting from shaiya at random times from a few minutes to an hour after I login. I have no idea why this is happening at all. Can someone help me out here?

The request always times out whenever I run a trace route to the shaiya login servers ip address. Can someone tell me what needs to be done so to fix this issue?

To do this yourself in windows 7 do the following steps:

1. Click Start, run type in cmd then press enter

2. type 'tracert <host>' where <host> is the ip address or web address such as www.google.com and press enter

All of the response times shown should be below 300 ms for a fast stable connection. I see a lot *'s
