Did you know?

You can't choose tiers on promos
I picked the Silver tier in the "Capes of Legend!" promo. After maintenance i discovered i been rewarded with the Gold tier. So i sent those tickets :

Dear Aeria,
I picked the silver reward and choosed the Crimson Flame (Guan Du) but i
received the gold reward. I hope you will fix the mistake i'll do my best
to help you.

Dear GiulioPhoenix, Thank you for contacting us and bringing this to our attention. According to our records, you spent 1,255 AP during the period the Capes of Legend promotion was active. This means you did actually qualify for the Gold tier of rewards, which we paid out to you. Dear Action Team, Thank for your prompt answer. I cant find nowhere why i
should be auto qualify for the Gold tier,in addition i read DWO GS Shoutan
saying that you can qualify for the tier that suits you best. If i knew
this particular obviously i wont spent 6 AP... but please i may be annoying
but im just asking for the Crimson Flame Cape. I want thank you again for
your support, and like i said i didnt knew that and i was sure i could pick
up the tier that suit more to me.

My last ticket xD :

Dear Action Team, Sorry but i dont agree with your last response. First of all why you put tiers to choose if you are auto selected for ? On the form its written "What Reward Tier did you qualify for?", i'm sure that I qualified for the Silver tier and picked up that, which means i didnt ask for a Gold one. Nowhere its written that for 6 ap i must receive the Gold, sounds weird to me.

I dont think this is fair because they should write on promos that you must spend the exact amount of AP to qualify for a tier, as i said i wont spent 6 AP if i knew that particular. And why they leave you to choose the tier when you cant? xD

So what's your opinion?

I agree with you. If you want to take a lesser tier then you should be able to. HOWEVER GMs are probably afraid of people complaining that they qualified for a higher tier than they were paid out. So it is a sticky situation, but I still think you should be able to pick the tier you want as long as you qualified for it.

In GuilioPhoenix's defense, Aeria never mentioned about tiers being auto-qualified also. They should just compromise and give you the cape you requested because they also have their own shortcomings in this issue.

They say be aware to don t be scammed..but they re the biggest scammer in this game...I am waiting my furniture reward since 1 year...and still didn t get it

Sounds odd to me, but it certainly reinforces my position of spending the absolute minimum, within 4 ap, to qualify for whichever tier I'm targeting. PM me your ticket number and I'll talk to a GM when I see one.

And ya forgot that I am still waiting for my second dyed gear for 2 weeks...but I think I am not the only one with this issue

you should watch what your posting cause i got banned for posting responces in the general section but if you spent the amount you choose for the Tier then you should get it

This kind of stuff isn't to be discussed on the forums... The reason why tickets remain private is because it just causes an unnecessary uproar. I do agree wholeheartedly about the situation, but you also need to keep this between you and the GM's

I said i didnt know that, 6 AP dont change all..
