The newsletter is sent randomly to players in the community; some get it some don't. Also you may have not ticked the newsletter option when you made the account. Follow these steps:
1. Toward the top right-hand corner, where your username is displayed, hover over it and a drop-down list should appear then click on settings.
2. Once the settings page has loaded, click on the ''Notifications'' tab.
3. Under the sub-category ''Aeria Games Communications'', check/tick that box.
This will ensure you will receive any future newsletter's. Refer to
