Okay, for some reason I can no longer dump items in my backpack. I left click on the item I want to get rid of and hold the mouse key down, and then make the dragging motion, but the item doesn't follow, and instead my character just runs to the spot where I end up releasing the mouse button.

Any idea what's going on? lol

Instead of holding down, just Left Click on the item in your backpack you want to get rid of and it should pick the item up after clicking on it, then drag it out of your bag and Left Click again which will then give you the box asking if you're sure you want to Destroy the item.

So instead of clicking and holding down, then dragging, just click.
