A few words on the topic of PMs
Good Afternoon, hope that no one minds but I have a few things that I wanted to get off my chest and share with both the community and Team Action in general.
Firstly I wanted to thank Memphis on all the hard work that he has done over the last few months being with us. I've been around for quite a while and I have to say that he was the first product manager that I felt fully made a difference both to the community and the game.
Secondly I wanted to wish JediMike all the best, both me and a few members of the community thought that it would be a nice idea to share reason why we thought that Memphis was just that much better than any other PM we have had in the past. The hope was that you, JediMike, can clearly see what our thoughts so that you can almost start off were Memphis finished.

What I'm asking of you.
Please as a community can we come up with a list of what made Memphis generally great as a PM and how JediMike can help us to make the game a better place?

What made Memphis a great PM?
- The amount of work that he put into trying to balance the game
- The effort that you took to learn about our community and the problems that we are having
- For all the times that you jump into games with us, to listen to our ideas and share your thoughts on different topics. (Not just the game)
- For picking up on our ideas and passing them on to the DEVs, we all knew how hard it was so truly are very thankful for the effect that you put into it.
- For all the amazing playtime events, getting the community to come up with ideas and then being able to play them winning the prices in question
- For understanding that WC and Gold is tight for most of us so having great events that included ways of getting extra
- Being around the shout box in general, talking with us, playing with us and genrally learning from us
- ...

Keep the ideas coming, I will be more the happy to add them to the list!

Thanks you Memphis for all the hard work that you put into making the game a better place for us all! It truly made a major difference and I really do hope that JediMike can carry on making the game as enjoyable as Memphis managed.
