the hand cuff skill is lasting 45 seconds instead one 10 seconds, I cannot move while this skill is in effect, and it can recast this skill every 5 - 10 seconds. I have a high dex so it cannot hurt me? or it does not deal damage while handcuff is working, please fix this bug at your earliest convienance.
