I read the account transfer thread, it seems like there are buttons missing from my browser because the request to "make new Aeria account" or "use existing" is not there. Is it because of my browser?

Okay, so I've come back from maybe a 2 year break. Here is a new question:

Should I be able to log on with my ijji information instead of transferring into a new account?

Or do I still need to transfer, and, if so, how? Because it's not working via this method.
