Whenever the GMs mess up the delivery system/code during a payout and give us the wrong things, why is it that we, the community, have to discard what they gave us by accident?
Why do we have to get rid of their mistake instead of being allowed to keep it and show it to them as a reminder to get things done right the first time? Why are we not allowed to make an example of their faults by keeping that which they gave us by mistake? They have the power to even go into our account and delete these things that they do wrong, see the things that they do wrong, and fix the things that they do wrong (once we bring it to their attention of course).
I understand that people lie and what not, but to avoid something like that all that is needed is a screenshot of what is wrong.
Again my question is why do we have to give up the mistakes that GMs GIVE us instead of being able to keep that item AND what we were SUPPOSED to receive as a reward in the first place?
Do you think this would be fair and give the GM team a greater incentive to do things right the first time?
I understand the human tendency to "Be imperfect" and mess up a few times, but this is a business that is being run and should really be treated as such, right? Things should get done right the first time around and tickets shouldn't have to be submitted after payout issues/errors.
In my opinion, I think that if the GMs mess up, the players should be able to keep that which they gave us in the wrong and do with it what we like AS WELL AS keep that which we had initially asked for to begin with. But that's just my opinion.
