Please try the following steps to make sure everything is up to date:
Clear your flash cache/update your flash plugin for Internet Explorer (even if you don't normally use it)
Run Windows Update and make sure all of your drivers and system updates are done
If these still do not help, please uninstall and reinstall Ignite to capture any updates to the client.
If after all this you are still having issues, please send in a ticket
here with a screen shot of the error and a list of your system specifications for us to research.
