I have read through the wiki and forums but I can;t seem to find the answer I'm looking for.

What I want to know is can a guild be confiscated, and if so, how?

I've been on the game long enough to see that guild towns can be taken, but I want to be sure if there are requirements for guild making in general before I make one.

As far as I know, the guild itself stays forever.

HOWEVER, guild towns get confiscated when there are not enough players online/logging in.

Obviously you need to be level 25 and have sufficient funds to have a guild with a guild town to level it.

You could ask actual Guild Leaders for more deeper info about that stuff.

The information Anchaai and Joer130 have given is correct --also, guilds themselves cannot be confiscated. I have never heard of, nor seen, it happening. Your guild is safe!
