Im trying to recover my lost account that i havent played in years. I submitted a ticket to recover it but it wont let me access it through Support. Can a GM take a look at it? BTW this is my other account. I had to use it in order to report this on the forum. thanks

EDIT:i noticed that when i sign into an account u can see the "my tickets" link ,but it doesnt show my ticket ,becuase i mad a ticket when i wasnt logged in. "My tickets" wont appear if not logged on.

I dont really understand what you mean but if you mean you can't watch your ticket or any response you can check your email. =)
When you submitted the ticket to recover your account you had to put a working emailadress.
Any responses will be sent to that email.
