dont think u can, i have one too, hasnt gotten a bloodseal ability

I don't think you can, have to do it before you cover it...

Even though it says bloodseal ability when covered, you need to bloodseal your weapon without the cover on. Either make sure your weapon is fully bloodsealed before you apply the cover or "unmeld" your weapon to place the bloodseal on and then remeld your weapon.
