I just bought prepaid cards for AP and I wanted to spend them in IM. However every time i click to purchase something, it tells me, "Item Mall Error:99". (Or at least something along those lines.) I don't know if the fact that my AP points amount at the top corner in the forums is written as Inactive, but it's troubling me a little... since I want to buy things for Tiered Event. >w<

When you buy AP sometimes it can take 10-30mins for it to process. If you are a first time buyer it can take longer, I think at most an hour.
