If Vermillion Bird will be added, Blue Dragon is out?
Or in each special stage we gonna randomly fight with one of them?

The next will be coming with the next "Bigger" content update.

I do think they come randomly.
However , at stage 4 it's not decided wich beast will show up.

qinglong dragon has been released as part of the yi ling scenario and it appears randomly throughout kunlun so short to say keep on climbing

Maybe i made my question little confusing.
What i really wanna know is if 2nd beast is relased, we'll have to fight only with him, or with him or dragon (randomly).
If two beast stays, it will be harder to get the item you really want...
