Try to run A.V.A. through NWZLauncher located here: C:\AeriaGames\AVA

If that doesn't work try to Reinstall;

If Reinstall don't work do the following:

1. Go here: http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/support

2. Subcategory: "Other"

3. Game: A.V.A. in English

4. Server: The server you play on

5. Character Name: Your In-Game name

6. Date and Time *Date and Time the issue occurred*

7. Subject: "Anti-Cheat Error"

8. Message: In this part, make sure you give all the detail and necessary information you think Aeria should know, like the link of the image you have on this post showing the error, when did the error actually happened (On entering A.V.A., On leaving A.V.A., on joining a channel, on joining a room...), etc...

9. "Send Email."

10. Wait some hours until Aeria answer you.

Hope you get your error fixed. Smile

Theoretically it is always best to do it without a reinstall. Try launching NWZLauncher directly and see if that helps you. If not, then try to install Game Booster. It is a software that I always advocate an it usually solves people's problems.

Google gamebooster and install it, then run it and it should close all of the unnecessary programs for you.

If that does not work, submit a ticket at www.aeriagames.com/contact

I have this problem too. Reinstalled 2 times and even started the game without any processes running. Still got the 0xE019100B error. I run on Windows 8, I can play on my laptop which has also Windows 8 as operating system.
