Mini-Tiers are Great, please but please do our GM tickets. Most of us waited 8-12 days for a GM request are unacceptable. I've leveled 80 after first 2 weeks, still have tickets in WH waiting for gears. QQ

No More mystery boxes please. And the more choices the better for gear and everything. If you can only chose one anyway what difference does it make if their are more choices. That way more customers are satified becaues we all have different needs.

It would be the type of improvement like when you went from hourly BOGO'S to 24 hour BOGO's, everyone is happy and it makes no difference to you really. Just easier all around.
