It's come to my attention that there was some gear that came without any dye. So sorry for the issue!

Vert and I figured out what the issue was and have resolved it.

We understand that many of you have already sent in RTs regarding this issue, and may even have received responses.

Please, if you feel that you were affected by this, and your second choice of gear was not dyed, please submit this following form:

This will allow us to quickly determine who was truly affected by the issue, which there should not be many users affected. The correct gear will be paid out during next week's DWO maintenance. All you have to do is remove the erroneous gear.

Also, there appears to be some confusion surrounding the promotion, and what gear can be dyed. Please note that those eligible for the Silver Tier could only receive Liquid Dye for their first gear, while Gold Tier has a choice between Liquid or Concentrated and Platinum, Diamond and Bonus could choose all 3.
