Can i recover an old account ?

I have been playing shaiya in the past for quite some time but due to some RL issues i had to take a break for a while (it turned out to be more than one year break).
Now im able to play again but when i tried to log in on my account it sais no such account exist. .. I didnt know they delete inactive accounts (i asked on forums before i left about this and what i got was that they wouldnt delete the account).

Is it possible to recover said account ?

On a side note, i already contacted customer support through this link http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/recover but what i got was this :

"Hello code99xx, Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately we can only respond to account questions while you are using the account in question. Please use this link : http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/recover From here send in your questions. It requires no log-in just your account information. We apologize for the inconvenience. Regards, Team Aeria"

So now im confused, what am i supposed to do ? resend the same ticket at that (same) link again ?

Thanks

When an account is left unused for more than 6 months, they suspend it for security reasons. If you can remember the e-mail address attached to the account, send in a Ban Appeal.

If you can't remember the e-mail address attached to your account, you need to go here and include as much of the following information as possible~

1) Your full name
2) The email attached to the account
3) An alternate email we may attach to the account (please make sure you have access to this email and it is NOT currently attached to any Aeria account)
4) Your IP address (WAN IP ADDRESS)
5) The Last time you logged onto the account
6) Character information (names of all the characters on the account along with the gear and levels)
7) Where you live
8) Any AP transactions you made with the account
9) The name of the account in question
10) What does the account name mean/ stand for?
11) Country of origin this account was created in.

If you can provide enough information to prove the account is yours, they will help you recover it. Good luck. o/
