We have, for some time, received requests to restore items that have been mistakenly deleted or lost during fortification.

In response, we have created the Item Restoration Scroll and Item Salvage Scroll.

The details of the services are as follows:

Item Salvage Scroll -2999AP

This scroll allows you to recover ONE piece of equipment/weapon/vanity item/mount, if you happen to lose or break it during fortification (equipment and weapons), or mistakenly deleted it. This is not a physical item. You will receive an item called "Withered Seed" in your item mall storage as a placeholder after purchase- this item has no functionality. *Please keep in mind that this service can only be utilized within 14 days of the item being lost. Here is what you need to do: Within 48 hours of purchasing this, send in an RT to Grand Fantasia HERE In the RT, list the following information: 1) Your account name 2) Server 3) Character's name that originally had the item. 4) The specific name of the item you wish to restore. 5) At the time you lost your item, what date, time and channel were you on? Note - We will not recover any items that we cannot verify as being lost, and equipment/weapons will be recovered without any fortifications, slots, gems or enchantments. We will not recover items lost during trade. Please wait 3-5 days for our support staff to manually restore your item.

Item Restoration Scroll - 5999AP

This scroll allows you to recover ONE piece of equipment or weapon, if you happen to lose or break it during fortification, or mistakenly deleted it.The piece of equipment or weapon will be restored to the previous level of fortification at the time the item was lost. All gems slotted into the item will also be restored. The item you want restored must be tradable. We can do bound items, but they must be tradable. This is not a physical item. You will receive an item called "Withered Element" in your item mall storage as a placeholder after purchase- this item has no functionality. *Please keep in mind that this service can only be utilized within 14 days of the item being lost. Here is what you need to do: Within 48 hours of purchasing this, send in an RT to Grand Fantasia HERE In the RT, list the following information: 1) Your account name 2) Server 3) Character's name that originally had the item. 4) The specific name of the item you wish to restore. 5) What gems and/or what level of fortification the item had 6) At the time you lost your item, what date, time and channel were you on? Note - We will not recover any items that we cannot verify as being lost. Slots without gems in them cannot be restored. Enchantments cannot be restored. We will not recover items lost during trade.
