Not very many,i'v only done a quest on a Sunday event with ijjispec to help lower levels out level. I'v ran a couple quests clans and hosted events with my own cash if that counts. I don't do much on forums to really say i contribute. I'v gotten a lot more tech savvy that i know i can now help people solve their problems.

B. What experience do you have running/hosting organizational events?

Pretty good. I have ran events LOTS of em in a previous RTS browser game with setting up wars camp times with 220+ players threw skype(but game became slow and really pay to win so ended up leaving while i was at my best) Like shaq did Wink. Here in Gunz i have ran 3 events with my own cash for the clans i'v been active with,or ran myself. This was at ijji when gifting was enabled.I enjoy setting up events i have ran a good amount in time playing online games.

C. What experience do you have helping people find solutions to their problems?
Not very much i would just say send a help ticket. Now i can help out and then say send a help ticket.

D. What experience do you have with our forum community?

Well pretty good i'm a really active forumer here, not really recently no new threads really.

E. Please give a short description of what you think a good GameSage does.
Helps out in game, does what he can to help GM's,sets up events, and works well with fellow GS's.

F. Why do you want to be a GameSage for THIS game (and not another)?

Well i'v known the community for a while now, great game love spending hours here when i have the time. I love the pvp in this game,i tried out DKO i stopped playing 2 days after CB was released i got really bored almost as bored as i did playing LC (just being honest point and clicks are really boring for me). I should have just not waited and continued playing gunz since i have way more fun here, but i'm back to my 3+ hours a day.

thanks.

Too much slang, problems with spacing, problems with capitalization, problems with grammar, problems with making sense, and problems with spelling.

It's not about popularity it's how you present yourself in the community as a GS and a player. If you're arguing with the general idea you're just creating a complication. If they're correcting you it's for a reason.

1. List your in-game name for GunZ
Answer: Bankai

2. Please fill out the following information:
A. What community contributions have you made that shows you would make a good game sage?

I made a long list of GunZ suggestions, which can be found at www.aeriagames.com/forums/en/viewtopic.php?t=1737479. I also made a "Quick Fix for Aeria!" thread, which was deleted. Hopefully it is being worked on. As far as I can remember, I have been respectful and helpful to other forumers. Even when offering my opinion on a matter, I do it in a non-trolling way that will not attract flame from others. Aside from my current guides and other threads that are in-progress and yet-to-be-released, I have stuck by this game for many years and have become somewhat known. I generally treat players both in-game and on the forums respectfully and nicely unless I see them mistreating others, in which case I condemn their actions.

B. What experience do you have running/hosting organizational events?
Besides participating in a couple GunZ events and scrimmages, I have done some small-scale clan events on GunZ. I don't have much experience here though.

C. What experience do you have helping people find solutions to their problems?
As I stated above, I try to help people with their issues whether it be getting mistreated, harassed, suffering technical issues, in which I have some experience, or anything else they may need assistance with. It wouldn't hurt to mention that I'm familiar with possibly all of the GunZ glitches. On the forums, I like to help bring ideas together to better the community rather than face problems on whose idea is better. If all else fails, I can point them in the right direction.

D. What experience do you have with our forum community?
I know some of the people on the forums, and I try to post in different sections besides just the GunZ General Discussion area. I made a couple threads which were all well-received I believe (I still don't know why the Quick Fix For Aeria thread was deleted unless I missed something). Like I said above, I am somewhat known on this game. I have experience playing with some of the forumers and non-forumers, so I know what direction players want to see this game move. Last point I wish to make is that I check the forums fairly often.

E. Please give a short description of what you think a good GameSage does.
It's tough to say something that hasn't been said. In my opinion, a good GameSage brings players and GMs together. This means that they aid anyway they can. They should be seen somewhat regularly online playing the actual game, so they know what's going on. Also, they should be helpful to players in every way possible. They also need to be able to increase the communication between players and GMs as well as vice versa in order to motivate players to continue playing the game. The players should have faith in their GameSages. They should not have to worry about them trolling, abusing their power, being biased, or anything of that sort. A good GameSage will follow the etiquette and rules set by Aeria while having fun with and helping players.

F. Why do you want to be a GameSage for THIS game (and not another)?
I have been playing GunZ for many years. I know what direction players want to see it go and which topics are touchy and controversial with the players as well as Aeria. GunZ is quite a unique game, and it is one of the only games left that I dedicate my time. There are still a decent amount of players left on this game solely due to how unique and fun it is to play even though there have not been many improvements made since its launch. GunZ has kind of become very mind-numbing for long-term players no matter what aspect of the game someone is playing. It needs updates and variety to keep it going strong. If I was picked as one of Aeria's GameSages then I would try to fight to improve the game and better the community.

I made my own pros and cons list.

Pros:
-Knows the community
-Knows what players want
-Helpful and respectful
-Understands game mechanics and possibly all GunZ glitches
-Whisper, chat invites, general chat, etc are always open. Players can contact me very easily.
-Made a large suggestion list and a short-term one
-Some technical experience
-Experience in all areas of the game
-Easy to contact me outside of GunZ, since I'm frequently on msn.

Cons:
-Somewhat inactive, but trying to change that. I just came back from a small break. I'm not sure how busy I will be during the next semester of college though.
-Not sure if I will have enough time due to first point.
-My opinion on who is legit or not is sometimes controversial, though I believe that I am one of the best on GunZ at spotting underclock and overclock.
-Multiple characters and alts
-Little to no experience in hosting events

That's all I can think of for now. I apologize for waiting so long before posting my application, but I was not sure if I would have time for this position, especially since I have been splitting my time in various areas. I should be able to dedicate a little bit more of my time on GunZ should I be picked, but if I feel that I cannot then I will freely quit.

Any feedback from the players is more than appreciated Embarassed

ijjiBankai:

Grade 9.5/10.

Notes:

  • Late submission

Other than submitting your application on the due date (bad boy, try to submit sooner), you have provided us with a lot of details for every question. You seem very qualified to be a GS, you're mature, you have helped this community so much, and you have a very respectable reputation on this game.
