For a better gaming experience, our systems will automatically delete the following characters:

1. Level 7 and under characters that have been offline for more than 6 days.
2. Level 20 and under characters that have been offline for more than two weeks (14 days).
3. Characters above Level 20 won’t be deleted.

If you are a VIP member or if you have Crystal in your inventory, your character will not be deleted.

If you were:

That is most likely why your 'data' (if your referring to your character and such, if you are not referring to your character, please send me a private message and ill help you to the best of my ability) is missing.
