Form page for capes?

Am I blind? The promotion is over, but they haven't posted a form page.
I know it sometimes takes them a while on these, but do you think we'll get a form page before 11/8? Or is it going to be 3 more weeks before we see these capes?

Form will be up either later tonight or tomorrow morning, just keep checking the original promo thread.

Btw Virgil, time to stop using vorpal wards with ice b.axe, especially when u say in lobby "ice"

i dont use b.axe anymore i got but it lack of elemets and vorpal ward was a mistake i was picking the ice 1 ,but thanks anyway
