i buy ap but see inactive why???

i buy aeriapoints but now inactive and no have ap why???? please repair i want me ap

Give it some time for the transaction to go through completely, if you don't see your AP processed within the next hour I would go ahead and send in a ticket.

if he bought ap from OneBip or sms he will not recive ! that happend on me i spend 50 euro and nothing ! Where are my ap's ? i send some RT's GM's say cuz is OneBip problem and OneBip say aeria have a problem bla bla bla ...

u should make aeria charge ur acc on the amount of ap u should have got !
