ID & Password

I transferred my account before it was too late, it said the transfer is successful so I logged onto Aeria Games to play Soldier Front today and it asked for ID & Password, I have no idea where I can find this information.

Can anyone help me out?

Note: Please don't tell me to create a new account because I spent a lot on this account and is a very high rank (2 stars). So I can't sacrifice it.

I have tried my Aeria username and password, with capital letter and without. I tried my IJJI login username and password but I still get the error.

Was the ID and Password sent to my e-mail?

Wow, Aeria Games is worse than IJJI. Thought some things will be improved but the customer service is twice as bad.

I received an auto-mated answer from their "Support Team" which has nothing to do with my situation at all!

Perhaps you forgot your account details or your account was suspended for some reason.

Team Action sent the correct response to your ticket.

Reset your password and try again.
