In order to be rewarded with all those items you have to spend gold for the first time,which is possible just with a new acc.

I support Memphis in this promotion.

The community that is struggling to stay alive are the newcomers/recruits. The ones who just started the game and are simply getting destroyed by all of the high ranked/fully upped AP guys that have been playing already for months or years.

This was a simple attempt to get them started off for at least one day. And yes, just as with everything else their WILL be people that abuse it to remake an account everyday for the SE char, but all-in-all the community will not be affected as much as people are crying about.
