How do I send a ticket regarding my purchase of crystals that I didn't receive??

you can send an email to mobilehelp@aeriagames.com or you can use the Contact Us and select Monster Paradise.

please include your ign and a copy of your itunes/google play receipt and an explanation of your issue.

also note that tickets involving billing can take up to 72 hrs for a response.
