Do you have Internet Explorer on your computer and did you enable the cookies as it suggested?
How to Enable Cookies for IE:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click the Tools Button
3. Click Internet Options
4. Click the Privacy Tab
5. Under Settings, move the slider to the bottom to allow cookies, and then click OK.
