Great Sword? I've said this once, I'll say it again. My vote's on it.
Capes for sale? Not sure if they mean for gold or AP, but I'll go with Guan Du (Jing has some awesome +5's, but let's start from the capes we NEVER had a chance to get normally).
General gear? H3LL YEAH! (Better get a better wardrobe to hold any Lu Bu gear I find.)
