Hello, sorry you're having trouble. I just tested and had no problem creating characters on all servers and in random channels. So, please make sure your client is up-to-date. (Do a "Full-Scan" from your Launcher.) Please let me know if it works and if it does not, which server and channel are you using to attempt character creation?
