why i didn't get the code for posting at Facebook?

i did the posting before the time end and i did it twice or more also i did it in the right place caze i saw all the posting too but i c now the gift disappear from Aeria ignition when i choice Last Chaos.

so i haven't receive any email for the code redemption for the prs+28 please can
anyone tell me y plz?
