What i always see in shooting games is when someone is shooting at you. then they are not always faced to you. I mean You can make the bullet hit the person but not facing the person? its always like someone shoots at me but looks like he shoot to a team mate more right or left of me. ( MOST SEEN BY SPRAYERS).

That would be lag.

The server does not respond instantly to every player's movements. So you see them as facing another direction but on their screen they are actually facing you directly.

And some people just shoot really,really fast.

or after they kill u they look for another targer no point aiming at u if ur dead... did u think of that?
