Yes, if you can read it, the bold part is where the statement of the "Abnormal Action Detected" during battle is... But, as general rule, especially dealing with older games... You should not upgrade OS until it ensured that it is fully work! (This one is more like network communication issues... It will be fix rather quickly for JP server.)

The post was made at JP server site on October 29th, 2012 at 20:45 JST (7:45 AM EDT/4:45 PM PDT).

This is affected all DWO versions, due to OS issues. It's not unique to JP server in anyways. (But, JP server is only one who posted such notice... on the main page that is...)

So, anyone who have Windows 8 running... Just use your Windows XP/Vista/7 computers to play instead, until this problem fix... (Or, just don't do PvP-related battles...)

Not to mention Windows 8 has issues it needs to correct, itself. Ran into such issue while looking at some stuff our senior was showing us on Windows 8. He tried to do one of the features then all a sudden the charms bar stops appearing and we were unable to do much of anything after that.
