This is happening to me a lot, but never like this. literally right in front of me, I headshotted a medic with a shotgun and the medic walked away unscratched. this happened to me 3 times in my last match and it was a medic every time. coincidence? I think not. I think there is a random glitch that a medic can not always be killed at close range. It is not everytime, but a lot of times.

These issues are being experiencing everywhere. It's all to do with hit registration. Normally this only occurs for those fartherest from the server, but there are some people close that are experiencing these problems. Aeria's probably looking into it.

yea, I get an average of 30 ping with the occasional spike to 100. it's weird because I can hit someone one time with my shotgun from a distance and kill them but if I shoot them up close in the head and blood sprays everywhere, they aren't even hurt. I noticed it only happens with medics though, the other classes I can kill with no problem.

Medics tend to move faster, and this often causes players to think they are hitting when they aren't.

that would be the case but I am referring specifically to cases where their head is filling my screen, blood bursts up and fills the screen, next thing I know they turned their guns on me and I am dead.

I get this problem too, it can happen to anyone no matter how low the ping. The other thing to do would be to check the opposition pings, as their ping may mean that you don't share the same opposite screen view. If you need further help, send in a screenshot/video footage of the problem taking place so they can view it as a bug classification.
