looks like i need to pay to them 30 USD for unsuspended ? why ? i won on ESL tournament 2st place with my team "JrBiG" after that ive got reward 2000 ap and i log to the game and i could see it but after i relog to the game i coulndt see it then i go to the web and they told me im suspended ? FOR WHAT ?! i didnt make the purchase it WAS ESL REWARD ?! and now you telling me to pay 30USD for unsuspended ? thats how you treat your customers ? you better give me a good reason for that suspend cuz im playing from beta and this is my main account and im not gonna pay 30 USD for unsuspended for something that i didnt even do ...
hope you will see that and stop ignoring my topics and tieckets and my responds in Email ...
ive got ap and vouchers there ....
