Help with fuel leak.

No I don't care that this is a video game forum.
Before this gets locked or whatever, can someone please tell me what the Hard this is? It's leaking gas and I can't drive my car until it's fixed. I THINK it's the fuel pressure regulator but I can't be sure. I have a 1987 Toyota Camry Station wagon (2.0 liter 4 cylinder).

Oh yea, I googl'd to no avail.

Yea same here, I'm good with computers not cars, I'm sure someone around here knows what exactly it is.

i know what that part is, but forgot the name.

fix?

apply 2 layers of teflon plumbing tape, on the screw's thread.

should be fixed when you screw it in.

nevermind, dFrozenb is probably right. unless the leak is obviously coming from a place other than the threads then it will probably be fixed with teflon tape. just make sure it's not stripped on the other end and don't get it too tight.

it is hollow, right?

if it's still broked when i get back from class i'll help you look it up on a parts diagram or something

No they aren't stripped. And it leaks from the head, not from the threading.

I GOT IT!!!!!!It's the fuel injection pressure regulator/damper, if its leaking from the head then I'd recommend getting that part from Advance auto, Auto Zone, or O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I searched it up on the newegg of auto parts:

****, $50 for a weird hollow bolt. Luckily it's something you can replace yourself. Bet the mechanics would have tacked on an extra $100 to replace it.
