The Science Officer and Trainer don't have functions because there's nothing for them to do. Players were told that once a feature is added for them then they will be given function. Not that they will do something soon.

They will be purchasable the same way T1 and T2 are in your barracks for resources.

just wanted us to BUY and worry about what they get out of it and not the players

wouldnt probably mind for a gold or so for unbounding an item to sell BUT bounding most that what is needed then probably play the game ALONE
