Send an appeal ticket about it and wait for a GM's answer, it's the only way you'll get helped.

Should also check to see if the ban had a certain amount of time it be active. (Check your email for that account about it.)

because me said i am alt farmer but i have bug gear rewards and used gear only in town never in battle why i got ban for this ?
